Venice Carnivales, Biennales, Torcello, Murano and Burano 1999, 2001, 2003, 2009, 2013, 2015

In our many overseas travels, we visited Venice many times, including one magic year when we celebrated the Carnivale; another two years when we visited the Biennale; stood with snow falling softly on our heads in San Marco and more recently when we visited the Venice Opera House, Gran Teatro La Fenice, to see Juditha Triumphans, the oratorio by Antonio Vivaldi.
